Outrage: NTV’s Dennis Okari Revealed how Supermarkets are using Toxic Chemicals On Meat in Kenya.

NTV’s Dennis Okari has revealed how supermarkets are using toxic chemicals to make their meat look fresher for longer as Kenyans reacted with shock .

The expose revealed how supermarkets have been killing Kenyans slowly by injecting their meat with excess amounts of Sodium Metabisulfite, to increase its shelf life.

Samples taken from several supermarkets in the city contained shocking amounts of Sodium Metabisulfite which is known to cause, Asthma, Allergy and even some types of cancers.

The chemical is so corrosive that the supermarket staff handling the meat have to wear protective gloves due to its harsh effects on the hands.
