Call for papers: Advances in Crop Improvement in Africa .

The African Journal of Rural Development ( AFJRD ) is inviting for papers that document historical advances on crop improvement in Africa, with a focus on specific crop commodities.

The African Journal of Rural Development is a multi-disciplinary and bi-lingual journal (publishes in both English and French) that publishes original research papers, review articles and viewpoints on topical issues affecting rural development in Africa. However, as part of learning the Journal also considers papers sharing experiences from outside Africa.

Country or regional focus papers are welcome.

Editorial Policy

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the instructions given in the authors’ guidelines. Manuscripts which do not adapt to the format and style of the Journal may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected. All manuscripts are subjected to anti-plagiarism checks and peer-reviews are conducted on only manuscripts that merit. The decision on the manuscript is within a period of four months from the date of submission. Following acceptance, a paper will normally be published in the next issue.
